ARCHITECTURAL REVIEW COMMITTEE MEETING
Sunday, June 19, 2016 at 5:00 PM
The ARC will meet on Sunday, June 19th at 5:00 to review an application by Ken and Cheryl Noonan to modify their existing parking area divider from a lattice wall to a solid wall, and to plant Christmas palm trees at the Southwest and Northeast corners of their lot. Any association member is invited to attend the meeting which will be held at 16681 Seagull Bay Ct (Miller's unit).
SBPOA had a huge water bill recently due to excess water being wasted at our Marina. PLEASE shut the water off at the spigot - NOT just at the end of the hose. A hose is more likely to break so water continues to run w/out anyone's knowledge. ALSO, if you NOTICE water running and noone is around monitoring it, PLEASE contact either May McDermond or Sharon Hilkene so they can follow up to determine the problem. Thanks for your continued diligence in keeping costs down in SBPOA!!!
This is a reminder to have your boats SECURED on their lifts at Seagull Bay. Tropical Storm Colin is the beginning of the storm season this year and a huge storm surge is predicted for this afternoon already.
The next regularly scheduled monthly SBPOA Board Meeting will be Monday, June 6, 2016. PLEASE NOTE THE MEETING TIME HAS BEEN MOVED TO 8:30AM. Meeting will be held @ 16631 Seagull Bay Court (Hilkene's Unit) and any SBPOA member is welcome to attend. Draft Agenda is posted on www.seagullbay.org
The ARC will meet on Tuesday, May 24th @ 5pm to review an application by Steve & Martha Urbin to plant Areca Palms on their property. Meeting will be held @ 16681 Seagull Bay Ct. (Miller's Unit) and is open to any SBPOA member.
