The regularly scheduled monthly board meeting for Monday, October 3, 2016 has been cancelled. The next regular board meeting is scheduled for Monday, November 7, 2016.  Please contact any 1 of your 6 board members to place an item on the agenda, if you so choose. Please note: The final draft of SBPOA By-Laws will be emailed to members soon for your review. The vote to accept/reject these by-laws will be held at the annual membership meeting on January 29, 2017.

The Architectural Review Committee will meet at 5:00 PM on August 28 to review a project from David and Michelle Zinn to install an external elevator for their unit.  Rather than try to describe the installation the ARC refers interested Association members to the manufacturer’s web site at www.legacylifts.com which has detailed descriptions and pictures. The lift will be off the North side of the Zinn’s unit and at present includes an encasement with our standard white vinyl siding.

Any Association member is invited to attend the meeting which will be held at 16681 Seagull Bay Ct (Miller’s unit)
