The next regularly scheduled monthly SBPOA Board Meeting will be Monday, December 5, 2016. Time will be the regular 9am start time. Meeting will be held @ 16631 Seagull Bay Court (Hilkene's Unit) and any SBPOA member is welcome to attend. Draft Agenda is posted on www.seagullbay.org

The regularly scheduled monthly board meeting for Monday, November 7, 2016 has been cancelled. The next regular board meeting is scheduled for Monday, December 5, 2016.  Please contact any 1 of your 6 board members to place an item on the agenda, if you so choose. Please note: The final draft of SBPOA By-Laws will be emailed to members soon for your review. The vote to accept/reject these by-laws will be held at the annual membership meeting on January 29, 2017.
