Location:

Using safe distancing, we will meet on the grassy area in front of our seawall.

Special Request:

At 3 p.m., Mike Aden will lead the parade of golf carts down Seagull Bay Court.As he approaches your home, please join the parade.

Golf cart decorating optional BUT encouraged.

If you do not have a golf cart, just bring your chair down to the beach and join all of us wishing each other Merry Christmas.

The 2021 Annual Membership Meeting is on Sunday, January 24, at 1:00 p.m.

The meeting will be held in the carport of the Zinn residence, 16693 Seagull Bay Court. 

The Board of Directors appreciates your compliance with wearing face masks, which are required, and with physical distancing. Please bring your own seating.

The Annual Membership Meeting packets will be delivered by email on December 22, 2020. If you do not receive a packet, contact Dawn Marano, SBPOA Secretary.

This notice is the last call for candidates who wish to appear on the ballots of either the Board of Directors or the Architectural Review Committee (ARC) at the annual meeting in January.

There are three two-year Board positions available and three one-year ARC positions.
