The 2021 Annual Membership Meeting is Sunday, January 24, at 1:00 p.m. in the Zinn residence carport, 16693 Seagull Bay Court.

Please remember to wear a facial mask, bring your own seating, and maintain physical distancing.

When you arrive, please hold on to your dues checks, ballots, and any proxies you have and wait until I call your name during roll call to deposit those materials in the appropriate bins.

Dear Neighbors,

The 2021 Annual Membership Meeting is two weeks from today, Sunday, January 24, at 1:00 p.m. in the Zinn residence carport, 16693 Seagull Bay Court.

If you will not be attending, you need to 1) fill out a Proxy form and make sure your assigned proxy gets it and 2) complete the ballots for Board of Directors and ARC. Be sure to follow the voting instructions in the annual meeting packet you received and make sure your proxy gets your ballots as well.

Also your 2021 dues of $1,000/unit are payable now, or at the latest on January 24, to the treasurer, Maria Steinmetz.
