Time for the 2021 Holiday Golf Cart Round-Up!

When: Thursday, December 23rd, starting at 3 p.m.

What: At 3 p.m., Santa (Mike Aden) will lead the cart round-up, starting on Seagull Bay Court, around the circle and then onto Main Street. As he approaches your home, please join the parade. The round-up will end on the SBPOA lawn near the seawall.

Golf-cart decorating optional BUT encouraged. If you don’t have a golf cart, just set up your chair on the grass, and join all us for some holiday cheer!

Dear Neighbors,

This is the official call for candidates to serve on the Board of Directors and the ARC Committee. Both elections will be conducted at the Annual Membership meeting on January 23, 2022 at 1:00 p.m., at the Hilkene residence.

The board election will be for two two-year board positions, 2022-2024, currently held by Dawn Marano and Maria Steinmetz.

The ARC election will be for three one-year positions, currently held by Brian Krustsinger, Buz Fender, and Linda Miller.

Dear Seagull Bay Property Owners,

Todd and Hesper Swanlund, via their attorney, have requested a postponement of the special membership meeting to address their Notice of Appeal of Board of Directors Decision August 2, 2021.

The Board of Directors has agreed to postpone the proceeding until the Annual Membership Meeting on Sunday, January 23, 2021, at 1:00 p.m., at the Hilkene Residence. The Appeal proceeding will be on the agenda for that meeting.

Prior to the Annual Membership Meeting, you will receive a complete voting packet as usual, including the materials pertinent to the Appeal from the Swanlunds.

If you cannot attend the Annual Membership Meeting, you will need to sign a new proxy form for the Appeal proceeding and all other proceedings at that meeting. New proxy forms will be included in your Annual Membership Meeting voting packet.
