Seagull Bay Property Owners Association Special Meeting

Hilkene Residence, 16631 Seagull Bay Court

All Property Owners are urged to attend or to submit proxies,

which will be included in the voting packet forthcoming soon.

The purpose of the Special Meeting is the Notice of Appeal of Board of Directors Decision August 2, 2021 from Todd and Hesper Swanlund. In accordance with Article 15.2 of the CC&Rs, the membership will hear presentations from the Owner and from a Board of Directors spokesperson. The membership present in person or by proxy will then deliberate on the appeal and vote on motions made.
