ARC Meeting - Noonan

ARCHITECTURAL REVIEW COMMITTEE MEETING
Monday, December 5, 2016 at 5:00 PM
 
The ARC will meet on Monday, December 5th at 5:00 to review an application by Ken and Cheryl Noonan to plant two McArthur Palms on the North side of their property, and one quad Christmas Palm and one Abuki Viburnumin in the Southwest corner of their property.  Any Association member is invited to attend the meeting which will be held at 16681 Seagull Bay Ct (Miller’s Unit).

November 7, 2016 SBPOA Monthly Board Meeting

The regularly scheduled monthly board meeting for Monday, November 7, 2016 has been cancelled. The next regular board meeting is scheduled for Monday, December 5, 2016.  Please contact any 1 of your 6 board members to place an item on the agenda, if you so choose. Please note: The final draft of SBPOA By-Laws will be emailed to members soon for your review. The vote to accept/reject these by-laws will be held at the annual membership meeting on January 29, 2017.
