The regularly scheduled monthly board meeting for Monday, January 9, 2017 has been cancelled. The next regular board meeting is scheduled for Monday, February 6, 2017.  Please contact any 1 of your 6 board members to place an item on the agenda, if you so choose. Please note: The final draft of SBPOA By-Laws has been emailed to members for your review. The vote to accept/reject these by-laws will be held at the annual membership meeting on January 29, 2017. Membership Packets will be e-mailed to all owners by the end of the week. This packet will include the agenda and proposed 2017 budget, as well as a proxy if you can't attend the meeting and a ballot for the election of the 2017 SBPOA Board Members.

The 2 most recent minutes from December 5, 2016 (ARC and Monthly Board Meeting) have been posted to this web site but due to technical difficulties are NOT accessible. My apologies for the delay, but the problem is being worked on and will hopefully be corrected soon.
