Dear Neighbors,
Just a couple of reminders about parking on the association’s road:
- The CC&Rs instruct that vehicles are not be parked on Seagull Bay Court. Golf carts used as transportation to boats are permissible. Guests and visitors should park on the owner’s driveway. Of course, due to construction, maintenance, delivery, or other occurrences, temporary, short-term parking on the road is sometimes unavoidable.
- Please keep all vehicles, including golf carts, off of the grass to avoid breaking sprinkler heads.
