Dear Neighbors,
There have been several instances recently of AC condenser drains getting clogged over the summer and backing up when returning residents cranked up their air conditioners.
Those returning soon, or not planning to return for a while, may want to have this maintenance item checked off when or before returning, a procedure which can be as simple as using a shop vac to vacuum out the drain from its exterior end.
