ARCHITECTURAL REVIEW COMMITTEE MEETING

Wednesday March 4, 2020

The ARC will meet on Wednesday March 4 at 9:30 a.m. to review an application submitted by Gary Blank to install a safety fence around the pool in the backyard of their unit at 16763 Seagull Bay Ct. Any interested unit owner may attend the meeting to be held at 16671 Seagull Bay Ct (Fender’s Unit).

Dear Neighbors,

At the board meeting this morning, February 28, 2020, the board voted unanimously to award the marina repair contract to Gifford Island Repair, using WearDeck. Please refer to the report of findings previously sent to SBPOA members for details concerning that decision.

Work on the repairs will begin soon. A logistics advisory to the membership will be forthcoming shortly concerning such issues as sequencing, location of the dumpster, and staging materials.
