An SBPOA member asked that I clarify the voting for the CC&R Amendment: Vote "YES" if you want Article Four amended (reducing the board from 6 to 5 and establishing staggered terms of office; vote NO if you do not want the Article amended.
Use the form labeled MEMBERSHIP MEETING PROXY ballot if you will NOT be at the Special Membership Meeting; use the form labeled MEMBERSHIP MEETING BALLOT if you will be at the meeting.
This vote and the forms are a little more complicated than usual due to Florida State laws. Thank you for your participation.
